Lisbon streets during covid//19

During the high time of Covid19, I was in Lisbon. It was not my first time there, I have been to Lisbon several times. This time I noticed that the number of drug addicts, homeless people and people who have three or more jobs, has increased. After some research, I found out, that because tourism has drastically decreased, because of covid19, many have slipped into homelessness and some then also into the drug scene.
