Hey, i am Tim Køndgen an independent photographer and Photojournalist based in Cologne, Germany.
I Traveled a lot through Asia, Europe, Africa and Scandinavia. Photography showed me how to travel in a new way. I've traveled a lot before, but now with completely different eyes and a completely different mind. Since the start of my career in 2019, i travelled and worked in more than thirty countries, always driven by my interest in environmental, injustice and humanitarian stories. My first work, covered the Protests in Hong Kong.
I believe that photos are the best way to enlighten and show the reality most sincerely. In my childhood and youth, I realized that justice is extremely important to me and that I am always committed to it.
For me it goes about the hole topic, the people behind it, but also the main topic itself. I want to cover the hole topic.
